Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
Certification(s) Preferred: PMP, Any Six Sigma, Any Professional Software Development Methodology, or a Masters in Technical Field.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success
managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas::
Engaging customers, including providing estimates, handling escalations, and managing a pipeline of project work;
Managing projects for a global portfolio from initiation to closure;
Working across a global matrixed team to facilitate resolution of client inquiry/issues;
Identifying new project opportunities and driving through estimate approvals; and,
Cultivating a customer service mindset, with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance relationships.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as
a team leader in the following areas:
Identifying and proactively instituting process controls;
Driving consistent follow through, attention to detail. and thoroughness needed to drive projects from initiation through closure;
Gathering and documenting initial project scope and requirements;
Projecting estimate approval and maintaining all estimate documentation, including change requests; and,
Establishing in flight projects are within scope, schedule, and budget through regular status meetings.
