Job Description

Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people.

The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide values and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace.

Campus Recruiting

is responsible for sourcing activity for campus (non-visit and local schools)

across all Lines of Service (LoS including Advisory, Assurance and Tax).

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Considerable knowledge of sourcing strategy to lead recruiting activity for key and non-visit schools.

Considerable knowledge of recruiting systems, technology and protocols to recruit efficiently and within a Firms guidelines.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrated ability to work directly with the Firmwide Relationship Partners (FRP's) to develop strategic plans and achieve goals for each assigned school.

Demonstrated ability to maintain working relationships with Client Service (Assurance, Tax & Advisory) and HR colleagues; keep them informed and appropriately involve them in recruiting activities. Considerable experience to execute sourcing activity for campus recruiting.

Considerable experience managing relationships with faculty, career centers and students at assigned schools.

Considerable experience managing candidate flow utilizing tracking databases to facilitate the information transfer to the SSC, compliance with firm protocols, and reporting to leadership.

Considerable experience coaching and developing the Market Sourcing Associates.

Considerable experience to develop and manage the budgets for key and non-visit sources.
