Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5 years of related experience in IT, and at least 3 years of specialized experience in software delivery or software development (Java/JEE).
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications;
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following technology areas:
JEE Application Servers
JBoss, Weblogic, WebSphere;
Windows, Red Hat Linux, AIX; and,
Other technologies / languages
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and team member, in the following areas:
Working with key client stakeholders to define business processes;
Gathering functional and technical system requirements;
Setting up client side architecture, install software, and configuring for high performance and scalability;
Designing and implementing BPM based solutions using Appian BPM software;
Providing demonstrations to clients throughout the entire project life-cycle;
Designing and implementing complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies: Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory;
Providing technical leadership on project related tasks leveraging PwC tools, templates & methodologies and ensuring delivery dates are met;
Contributing to PwCâ€™s Appian practice by developing reusable product extensions and by writing knowledge articles based on project experience;
Driving BPM adoption within client organizations by empowering client resource to become self-sufficient with building process applications on their own; and,
Assisting clients in identifying other business process opportunities that could be targeted with Appian's software.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Software consulting, ideally in a Portal, BPM, DM or EAI related setting;
Project Management (Risk Management, Scope Management, Change Control, etc.); and,
Server Architecture, dealing with high availability environments.

*Role is in Columbia, South Carolina. It is not a role that can be worked remotely.
*Role will include training for Appian BPM.
