The Financial Services Delivery Center plays an integral role by supporting projects and PwC engagement teams across the US in delivering distinctive service to clients through standardization and optimization, increased flexibility, and enhanced quality.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates a thorough level of knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas:
Partners with business stakeholders to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of their processes targeted for automation process automation targets;
Engages cross-functional teams to develop detailed documentation of the process to be automated, in a manner that is understood by the business users;
Collaborates with business process teams to identify process improvement opportunities, including improvements beyond the scope of the RPA COE (e.g., policy and process changes);
Utilizes knowledge of RPA capabilities to validate automation candidates;
Teams with RPA Project Managers to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA projects;
Coordinates with the business and the RPA Administrators and RPA Developers to identify and provide solution designs for production issues; and,
Supports the development and maintenance of training plans for the RPA Process Architect role within the COE.
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas:
Utilize and apply business process improvement and large-scale transformation strategies;
Partner with large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business outcomes;
Grasp processes quickly and identify potential solutions;
Learn and become a subject matter specialist in RPA;
Leverage analytical and problem solving abilities;
Write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management;
Utilize and apply knowledge of new platforms, languages, tools, and technologies;
Demonstrate specialization in business productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Apps); specifically with Microsoft Excel.
