Tax Transformation technology team members act as the direct liaison with senior IT professionals within PwC and our clients by providing specialized assistance to troubleshoot and resolve issues surrounding the technical
application aspects of our tax technology solutions.
The team is utilizes propriety web applications and is
responsible for managing technology support.
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other Technology related degree
Certification(s) Required: Commitment to achieve approved Tax Technology & Development credential:
MCPD, MCTS, and/or MCSD
Degree Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science or other technology related degree

Demonstrates some level of knowledge and/or ability to learn the following in support of tax technology solutions for a global professional services firm:
Programming tools, such as:
MS SQL Server 2005 or 2008, .NET framework, ASP.NET, Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET, SQL, Database Design, HTML, XML, Visual Studio.NET, MS Teamsystem; and,
Concepts of advanced programming and object-oriented design patterns related to the application development lifecycle, including: data structures and algorithms, analyses of business requirements, evaluation of design patterns, and system enhancements coding.
Demonstrates some ability and/or a proven record of success as a team member, managing competing priorities, understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seeking guidance, clarification and real-time feedback.
Demonstrates some ability and/or proven record of success in researching technical matters relating to the application development lifecycle, preparing written documentation, communicating and facilitating cogently.
Ability to work a flexible on-call schedule, if required.
