Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 10

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Using extensive technical expertise in technical IT Domains which may include application development and associated development methodologies, tools, and languages, IT operations, or IT Infrastructure, including data networks, voice systems, and principles, practices, and techniques for managing the activities with IT operations planning, support, and integration; and,

  • Establishing the thought leadership for the chapter including technical standards and practices and execution, quality metrics for development, development methodologies, and interaction of business applications across the Firm within a shared technical environment; and,

  • Driving technology utilization to enhance and simplify support, improving the customer experience while focusing on the PwC business imperatives, mission, values and behaviors, and the firm's organization.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success, directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Managing chapter dedicated and non-dedicated resources;

  • Providing the strategic direction of the Domain resources based on the upcoming projects and operational needs from the business organizations;

  • Setting the strategy and execution of the implementation in the chapter;

  • Demonstrating significant discretion and autonomy in shaping its direct chapter area and has thought-leader level abilities in decision-making to establish process improvement initiatives and recommend operational standards with long term impact for the US IT support organization; and,

  • Collaborating with senior level staff/partners and other departments within US IT and IT domains.
