Job Description

The National Quality Organization Operations team within the National Professional Services Group works with all National verticals. Its core functions include quality, communications, metric development and overall coordination of key National Professional Services Group Projects. The licensing team works with internal and external clients to support licensing, regulatory compliance and customer support for Firm created tools such as Inform, a research tool and the Automatic Disclosure Checklist tool used to support compliant audits.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1 Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Technology applications, e.g. web-based systems and lotus notes databases; understanding and communicating software licensing requirements;

  • Compliance monitoring and reporting;

  • Diagnosis and resolution of issues related to software licensing and basic technology support;

  • Internal and external customer support and data analytics; and,

  • The accounting professional regulatory environment. Skills Preferred: Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of successin the following areas:

  • Working well independently and as a team;

  • Focusing on details, resulting in precise and accurate work, as well as perform a variety of concurrent assignments while maintaining a focus on quality;

  • Proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback on tasks;

  • Supporting and finding resolutions of billing-related issues, (e.g., research and follow up);

  • Understanding contractual and licensing policies and procedures;

  • Using data analytics, metric development, and reporting in Microsoft Excel;

  • Communicating in a succinct, precise and tactful manner with senior management, clients, peers, and staff; and,

  • Providing quality focused internal and external customer support, process improvement and issue resolution.
