Job Description

The National Quality Organization Operations team within the National Professional Services Group works with all National verticals. Its core functions include quality, communications, metric development and overall coordination of key National Professional Services Group Projects.

The Marketing team within Operations delivers marketing strategy and programs that build internal and external awareness and usage of National thought leadership publications, assurance policies and guidance, electronic media, and various online applications and tools.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and Advertising.

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge of key marketing processes, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, leveraging extensive use of business-standard suites of or firm-issued technologies (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Google at Work, Jive-based platforms, etc.), technical brand and style guidelines to accomplish the following areas:

  • Event planning/logistics;

  • Webcast/podcast production;

  • Website editing;

  • Mass mailing/emailing;

  • Database marketing; and,

  • Thought leadership and print production, including specialty advertising items, signage, et al.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and/or success in integrating national marketing activities in a team environment that emphasize the creation and delivery of the following areas through the use of business-standard suites of or firm-issued technologies (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Google at Work, Jive-based platforms, etc.), technical brand and style guidelines:

  • Utilizing industry-leading project management skills to mange large-scale marketing projects and programs, completing projects on-time and on or under budget;

  • Innovating and continuously improving processes;

  • Increasing quality and creativity;

  • Applying new techniques and technologies and increasing cost-efficiency;

  • Working independently to resolve issues;

  • Coordinating timely completion of project deliverables with subject matter specialists and department and/or business unit leaders;

  • Maximizing opportunities to leverage thought leadership;

  • Using advanced writing, editing and proofreading skills.
