The Client Strategy Network focuses on leveraging the US firm's sales methodology and tools to drive profitable revenue growth and relationship development for priority accounts and sectors, consistent with the goals and objectives of the M and S organization.
Client Strategists drive ongoing account management activities for their assigned accounts, which includes developing a growth strategy for the account, managing relationship development plans, driving team operating disciplines, and developing a high-performing team. In addition, Client Strategists drive teams through pursuits and the proposal process, including developing pursuit strategy and value proposition, drafting client-focused proposals and deliverables, and coaching teams as appropriate.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel leveraged to analyze data and prepare reports. Familiarity reporting, maintaining and analyzing data within Customer Relationship Management systems.
Ability to: Driving account plans and account planning workshops. Tracking revenue and managing pipeline for assigned clients. Leveraging marketing/sales collateral (Thought Leadership) and other documents, invitations, etc. to be sent to contacts at the market's assigned priority accounts. Writing proposals and effectively communicating through verbal and written forms. Leveraging relationship management tools to develop and enhance relationships with clients and targets and maximize market expansion. Teaming with key leaders, key team members, other account managers and sales professionals to discuss opportunities, activities, action items, etc. Proven experience assisting in the development of marketing and sales strategies: account management, sales reporting, account planning, developing responses to RFPs and preparing non-sales professionals for oral presentations. Experience in project management and account management activities. Experience in creating and supporting client marketing and sales collateral.
