Certification(s) Required: Project Management Professional (PMP)
Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success in a role within a Project Management Office for large programs in the federal government environment, emphasizing the following specialty areas: earned value management systems, governance, planning and controls, performance measurement and reporting, communications and stakeholder management.
Demonstrates proven thorough abilities with,
and a track record of, identifying and addressing client needs specific to federal project management, and federal consulting or federal project management: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Demonstrates proven thorough abilities as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues; providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff.
