Our Operations consultants help clients realize competitive advantage from operations. This high performing team translates business strategy into effective operations to drive both growth and profitability. Specific areas of focus include product innovation and development, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations, and capital asset programs and operations.
The Public Sector Real Estate team assists clients in identifying and improving customer-facing functions and implementing an enterprise-wide customer centricity operating model. Their solutions assist departments serving customers, departments serving departments, and departments serving the public directly, with one or more of the following areas:
Planning and Budgeting;
Programming and Development Implementation;
Acquisition and Leasing;
Space Delivery and Management;
Program and Project Management; and or
Portfolio Management and Compliance
Minimum Years of Experience: 3
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Degree(s) Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
Demonstrates considerable knowledge of federal real property or commercial real estate, with emphasis in one or more of the following specialty areas: federal procurement, transaction management, construction management, project management, sustainability, lease administration, facilities management or property management.
Demonstrates considerable knowledge of team and project leadership and/or management of engagements, including
a some record of success leading and managing projects at federal agencies or commercial organizations.
Demonstrates proven considerable abilities and a track record of success in the field of commercial real estate or federal real property including leading projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, as well as the following:
Defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results
Federal real estate and the processes, agencies, and regulations governing it
Reporting project status, schedule and financial performance
Assisting in financial management of projects such as budgets, forecasting, billing, and collections
Demonstrates proven considerable abilities and success in roles identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues, and preparing and coordinating written and verbal materials.
Demonstrates proven considerable abilities and success as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
Demonstrates considerable abilities and success in roles developing and monitoring metrics and systems to evaluate and monitor against program requirements.
This role suports client work contractually requiring US Citizenship and a Top Secret Level Security Clearance.
