Professionals in PwC Public Sector LLP may be subject to a government security investigation and may need to meet related eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Public Sector Human Capital professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable Public Sector to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. Public Sector Third Party Labor (TPL) implements and administers federal contracting policies for the Public Sector practice designed to protect the Firm.

Public Sector TPL provides TPL compliance onboarding, management and off boarding of individual TPL resources deployed on Public Sector client service engagements and internal projects.

Administer TPL Policy and provide guidance to ensure compliance of TPL resources deployed across the Public Sector

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success with Federal Contracting, Saviom and Integrity, metrics analysis and reporting, and capacity to develop and maintain successful vendor relationships.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Working closely with clients and assisting in the proactive management of relationships with those clients;

  • Incorporating existing Firm knowledge and technical or subject matter specialization into work activities;

  • Collaborating with others to identify, escalate and/or solve business problems to deliver necessary results;

  • Handling multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients; and,

  • Utilizing relevant technology for projects, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
