The Financial Services industry is operating in a challenging environment due to global economic pressure, increasing regulatory demands and capital requirements, and significant operational and technology changes. Our growing Financial Services Advisory team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help major financial institutions around the world respond to their most complex business challenges. The Financial Services Advisory practice is composed of three industry sectors: Asset Management, Banking and Capital Markets, and Insurance.
PwC's Risk and Compliance Technology Consultants are a team of business integrators with extensive consulting and industry experience who help our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy through execution. The financial services industry has undergone sweeping change over the last eight years managing different waves of regulatory, customer, technology, competition and market challenges. While many today remain focused on the implications of the digital revolution and its impact on customer expectations and behavior, new opportunities are also emerging. One such technological innovation â€“ robotic process automation (RPA) or robotics.
RPA is changing the way banks, insurers and capital markets firms execute basic processes.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge levels and acumen specific to understanding underlying client business problems and developing RPA technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of large organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.
-Hands on experience in Financial Services with implementation of Robotic and Intelligent Process Automation tools, such as Automation Anywhere, Blueprism, UIPath, and Workfusion.
-Experience leading enterprise wide RPA implementations, including strategy design, business case development, governance, risk.
-Knowledge of economics of RPA ecosystem, including licensing arrangements and various deployment models.
-Some experience with broader business process re-engineering efforts (Lean, workflow design, etc.).
-Sector based functional knowledge in either Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance, or Asset Management.
-Prior consulting experience in Financial Services A +.
