PwC's Cybercrime group investigates network/computer intrusions and data theft committed by insiders, corrupt competitors, criminal enterprises, and foreign governments. This mission involves the forensic collection and analysis of digital evidence, computer forensics, live memory forensics, network forensics, malware forensics, providing leadership and advice to client stakeholders, reporting artefacts verbally and in written reports, collaborating with law enforcement and regulators, and developing containment strategies. Further, the cybercrime group conducts proactive cyber risk assessments to identify previously undetected vulnerabilities and/or actual intrusions.
As part of the Cybersecurity offering, PwC performs advanced analytics in the Cyber world. As a cloud integration specialist, you will work with clients to properly integrate their cyber data into PwCâ€™s analytical tools.
The Cloud Integration specialist team inside PwCâ€™s New Ventures group provides critical support to PwCâ€™s New Venture offerings, and the primary responsibilities include:
Working to deploy, maintain, and update the New Venture cloud offering and its components;
Configuring monitoring and addresses alerts from monitoring;
Supporting issues from both customers and platform requests including client facing help desk as well as DevOps;
Working with Product PRM team to suggest updates to the playbooks that deploy the platform; and,
Coordinating with Data Analytics and Product R and D to deploy appropriate data pipeline and analytics stack for each engagement.
The Customer Experience team is focused on the client implementation experience for New Venture products in the client environment.
The team will manage project implementation workstreams, interpret the voice of the customer and maintain customer relationships in order to drive user adoption of our products.
In addition, the team will be expected to document best practices, customer feedback and effectively collaborate with product development, operations and subject matter specialists to optimize value to our customers and drive profitable revenue growth.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Certification(s) Preferred: CISSP, CISM, or CISA
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas :
Implementing security technology, architecture or strategies to deliver consulting security solutions to clients that include: aligning and integrating the Infosec strategy with corporate security and business goals;
Establishing, communicating, and maintaining a charter for the security management function;
Developing and maintaining the overall Infosec strategy, mechanisms for policy enforcement, definition of ownership, monitoring mechanisms, and process and controls;
Designing and maintaining security architecture both at the enterprise and solution levels;
Identifying and resolving issues related to business and system requirements analysis, with the ability to add value in design, and development discussion;.
Assisting on client-facing business development; engagement delivery; practice development; and thought leadership as it relates to the development, assessment and implementation of Information Security solutions;
Managing project workstreams in a system security, controls or information security management environment, specifically one or more of the following information security domains: Security Architecture and Strategy (Integrated Risk Management); Identity and Access Management;
Utilizing and applying Data Leakage Prevention; Focus on Data Flow, Encryption; Large Complex Program Execution/Implementation, Security Function Design and Governance; Incident Management, and Security Infrastructure;
Interpreting security industry standards (ISO 27001/27002, NIST 800 series, COBIT);
Supporting deployment and integration of customized solutions, which may use cloud components, for clientsâ€™ analytical needs, including but not limited to: communicating clearly when writing, speaking, and/or presenting to client business and technology personnel, vendors or subcontractors, and cyber team members; and,
Conducting requirements gathering, design, hands-on development of analyses, and supervising teams supporting the development of analyses and cloud integration.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and, communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;
Understanding personal and team roles; contributing to the team by building solid relationships with team members; providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced staff;
Leveraging creative thinking and problem solving skills, individual initiative, and utilizing MS Office;
Demonstrating aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data; and,
Managing a team and/or workstream on an engagement(s), staying educated on current trends and assisting in the development of knowledge capital.
