Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 8 years of experience with a preference for experience working in Digital Marketing
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge and a proven record of success of directing execution and management of multiple, simultaneous digital strategy engagements, including delivery of personas, content strategy, user experience, optimization, analytics, social and mobile strategy, emphasizing the following:
Providing guidance throughout activities as an account team partner and thought leader, owning the strategic direction of accounts and application of process; and,
Establishing SOWs are followed explicitly, timelines and commitments are met for each client, all client work is conducted under a broader business or strategic context, understand the business context of the engagement. Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge and a proven record of success in roles designing and directing research methodologies, including leveraging the following expertise to uncover patterns and themes that lead to consumer and market insights:
Quantitative and research acumen;
Business models and strategic marketing; and,
Strategy process, frameworks, models and strategic marketing and solutions.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities and a proven record of success as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, to establish direction and motivate members, as well as create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, to encourage improvement and innovation. Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities and a proven record of success managing multiple digital marketing-related business development opportunities and/or engagements from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and signoff. Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities to develop strategy; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management. Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities to identify and address client needs, which include the following: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
