Job Description

PwC's Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

The Creative team is a group of highly skilled individuals with a wide scope of digital and traditional disciplines who are responsible for development and implementation of strategic programs and products that reflect the firm's strategic, brand and marketing objectives. The team delivers an integrated and differentiated customer experiences through visual, digital and verbal concepts across all media.

The Traffic function is responsible for the efficient flow of collateral and work from accounts to creative and production departments including monitoring workloads, creating project schedules, tracking and monitoring progress, routing projects, and conducting traffic meetings.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Communications Design

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Monitoring workloads and creating project schedules in a high volume creative environment; and,

  • Understanding of Marketing, Integrated Content, Brand and Sales key business and to driving initiatives, campaigns, and work streams that result in positive firm impact.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success with utilizing computerized traffic/accounting or timekeeping systems including the following areas:

-Creating consistent and differentiated customer experiences by engaging with LOS & Marketing staff through strategic design briefs, project overview calls and conceptualization and design-centric discussions;

-Developing and implementing systems to improve and maintain efficiencies and help minimize problems with workflow;

-Creating and maintaining harmonious relationships among all business units and outside vendors;

-Coping with accelerating changes as required in a dynamic market and organization, adjusting priorities on an as-needed basis;

-Providing innovative marketing solutions, matching stimulating work to properly equipped designers, and developing and nurturing relationships with a network of outside vendors where special skills are required;

  • Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions; and

-Providing detailed reporting to team leaders using data from job tracking software tools.
