Network Information Security organization is tasked with designing, implementing and maintaining information security capabilities and services for the PwC Network of member firms. The organization consists of highly skilled information security professionals across the globe that are focused on developing a leading security program across the Network of Firms, to foster clientsâ€™ trust in our ability to secure their most sensitive data, to better position PwC to address clientsâ€™ evolving needs and to harmonize the internal firm security strategy with client services go-to-market strategy. The group is leading PwC's Network Security Transformation Programme, which is a multi-year programme to enhance existing capabilities and build new capabilities to combat the ever more complex cyber threats.
Security Operations operates security technologies and security processes to maintain environment hygiene and minimizes the threat attack surface. The team focuses on privileged access and identifying access management.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4 years of roles involving security technologies and processes, emphasizing privileged access and identifying access management to minimize cyberthreat attacks and maintain IT environment hygiene.
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of, and/or proven record of success in, roles with operational responsibility for various components of delivery support including the following areas:
Applying solid technical capabilities, analytical skills and knowledge in ITIL Service Management processes;
Planning, onboarding and tracking offshore resources, including time and expense management, and financial reconciliation and reporting;
Understanding of the sourcing models and their drivers and benefits;
Providing regular guidance to functional managers of the IT organization and assisting in sourcing vendor and relationship management and transforming the functional groups to take full advantage of the sourcing model; and,
leveraging broad business knowledge and specific knowledge of outsourcing/offshoring in helping NIS throughout the strategic sourcing lifecycle of analyze, transact, implement, manage/optimize, and/or terminate
Demonstrates extensive ability, and/or proven record of success in, roles responsible for supporting the governance and management of the third party vendor (Central Security Administration (CSA) and User Access Administration (UAA)) including in the following areas:
Managing and tracking sourcing metrics across functional groups;
Managing the sourcing contract process;
Working with sourcing vendor organization to support access and onboarding of vendor resources;
- Managing the overall financial view across functional areas on spend on sourcing and drives efficiencies into the spend.
