You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Systems Consulting - Practice Support team helps build customisable specific system solutions that enhance the PwC’s capabilities to appropriately serve all client needs. As part of the team, you’ll use your deep knowledge of enterprise architecture across application areas to build delivery models that map to PwC’s business needs.

The Integration CoE team designs and implements business and technology processes and solutions that often cross the BOS platforms - i.e. development work will often be done both within this team (using middleware) as well as dependent tasks undertaken by the SaaS solutions teams (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP etc). The team will track and co-ordinate the tasks allocated to related technology platforms and provide programme management support to ensure successful implementations.

6 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Agile methodology.

Certification(s) Preferred :

Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, KMP1, KMP2 ( Kanban Certification), TFBR ( Trainer Certification - optional), Agile Coaching Institute Certification, Agile certifications, and Waterfall methodology experience is a plus.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as an Agile team leader in planning and executing projects to deliver Technology solutions in the following areas:

  • Leading consistently in Agile transformation in large organizations;

  • Working in Agile methods (Kanban, Iterative), Scaled Agile Methodology and proficiency in Azure DevOps (VSTS) Agile;

  • Understanding of Continuous Integration and Deployment with Azure DevOps (VSTS);

  • Understanding of Cloud-based implementations models (SaaS, PaaS etc) and other leading Technologies;

  • Understanding and in depth knowledge of IT Service Management industry leading practices (ITIL), and SDLC Methodology;

  • Managing and developing an Agile Team including formal coaching;

  • Illustrating teaming and resource management skills including formal coaching;

  • Working as a liaison between Product Owners and Scrum Masters to mentor/develop a common understanding of dependencies with global technology and territory solutions;

  • Utilizing communication, leadership and relationship management skills that enable partnering and influencing;

  • Presenting complex subject matter, specifically translating technology problems/solutions to business stakeholders;

  • Fostering an inclusive environment where others' ideas are welcomed and heard;

  • Consolidating milestones, progress, and actuals for reporting;

  • Operating with independent authority and accurate judgment to resolve technical issues that pertain to the business applications;

  • Maintaining continuity of technical knowledge that is significant to the successful operation of a particular business area;

  • Leading teams in a rapidly changing environment including performance management, coaching for development, and resource assignment; and,

  • Mentoring operations or technical team members to increase business acumen including the ability to effectively communicate.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader guiding Agile lifecycle of application development areas:

  • Overseeing all Agile projects development and operational aspects for a specific business area's applications;

  • Developing and monitoring metrics to track progress of Agile adoption and maturity to aid in accelerating overall Agile transformation efforts;

  • Translating the strategic direction of the business into technical considerations for the development and operations teams;

  • Analyzing, designing & developing training material for Agile implementation based on requirements from different Agile Teams;

  • Working with different domain Scrum Masters, Architects, Tech leads to check Agile operational health check, creating consolidated Reports/Dashboards with Scrum Master;

  • Working with Scrum Master, Solution Architects to make sure consistency, standardization across the global technology domains;

  • Coaching/Mentoring to Tech leads/Product Owners on daily Agile implementation as per PwC Agile Standards;

  • Raising Agile implementation gaps, road blockers, impediments, escalation;

  • Coaching technical teams in executing project delivery according to Release Management frameworks; and,

  • Utilizing agile methods (Scrum, etc.) and establishing optimal flow (Kanban, etc.).
