A career within PwC’s Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Advisory practice, within Cyber, Risk, and Regulatory, will provide an opportunity to help clients rethink their approach to risk while solving complex business and compliance problems. You will be a core part of a team tasked with deploying Compliance Central, a suite of integrated platforms and services that help Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies manage risk related to engagements with HCPs, HCOs, and patients, among others.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:
Having prior experience in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry (Commercial, Medical, R&D, Legal, Compliance) or a consulting firm working with Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Clients;
Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, guidelines and internal policies related to interactions with Healthcare Professionals / Organizations, External Funding, and Global Payment Transparency Reporting;
Having working knowledge of HCP engagement management, External Funding, and Global Payment Transparency Reporting solutions and systems;
Having experience developing risk management programs, including risk monitoring and reporting, risk assessment and prioritization, and the facilitation of the definition of an organization's risk appetite and risk tolerance in alignment with their organization's strategy;
Having the ability to manage and lead multiple, complex client engagements with medium to large staff teams focused on the documentation of business and functional requirements, design, configuration and implementation of products for clients;
Having experience and ability to effectively partner and collaborate with internal and clients’ technology teams;
Having experience with service operations supporting business and compliance processes either as an internal business partner or external consulting;
Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal proposals /materials; and,
Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
