Our Forensics Services practice possess a combination of both forensic technology and accounting professionals in offering clients a unilateral advantage in investigating issues that extend across borders or that afflict multinational organizations.

As a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers Investigations & Forensic Services practice, you will help identify and analyze vulnerabilities in order to manage and mitigate risk. Our in-depth process of forensic accounting diagnosis allows our clients to continue their business, recover lost funds and halt further economic losses.

Our licensing management services help clients to identify ineffective internal controls, gauge compliance and pinpoint underreported royalties. Our unique blend of forensic accounting and technical skills ensures that our clients gain the maximum benefits from proactive, profitable licensing programs and maintain productive relationships with their business partners.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2 years of IT related experience with one year of Licensing & Contract Compliance experience

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business or Economics, with IT focus

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough proven knowledge and success with software licensing, software asset management processes and technology, especially related to the following: -IT infrastructure elements such as networks, servers, desktops and a high level of understanding of IT processes around infrastructure management; -Product use rights for vendors such as IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, HP, EMC, Symantec, Adobe, etc.; -Software Asset Management standards and processes; -Development of ITAM, SAM processes and process flow documentation; -Business process analysis and documentation; -Delivery of client- facing presentations and related interviews .

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates some proven abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor. Demonstrates some proven abilities and success as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff. Demonstrates additional proven thorough skills including the following areas: -SAM standards or frameworks (e.g. ISO 19770-X); -Data cleaning, data transformation, and data modeling processes and techniques, including leveraging Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel and SQL, as well as basic principles of statistics; -IT management and governance frameworks such as ITIL, MOF, COBIT, etc; -One or more of the following obtained certifications: CISA; CISM; CISSP; CIA; CPA; CFE; CCNA; CCNP; ITILv3; MCP; MCSE; CITAM; PMP; CSAM, VCP; -Operating systems administration (Windows/UNIX); -Other technologies and software and hardware asset management tools, including: Active Directory, WMI, SNMP, SSH, TCP/IP, Nmap, Unix/Linux, VB Script, Shell Script, PERL, PowerShell, VBA, VMware administration, System Center Configuration Manager, MAP, Altiris.
