Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 10
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Degree Preferred: Master's degree Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
Certification(s) Preferred: A minimum of 10 plus years in sales and solution engineering support capacity with responsibilities for designing IT application, technology and infrastructure management solutions leveraging a global delivery model.
Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success, directing efforts in the following areas:
Enterprise applications, systems development, IT operations, IT outsourcing/Managed Services, cloud and infrastructure operation;
Driving the design and configuration of Integrated Managed Services solutions to address the needs of clients across a wide range of industries and technologies;
Conducting industry, market, competitive, value chain analysis;
Conducting customer segmentations and developing associated segment strategies and value propositions;
Developing business cases and understanding underlying Return on Investment (ROI); and,
Driving strategic change into client organization, customer centric operating models, performing capability gap analyses and other related customer-facing capabilities.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and /or a proven record of success directing efforts, in the following areas:
Designing the, solution, configuration and delivery of successful high risk IT projects;
Building a vision, understanding and defining requirements, designing practical solutions, developing supporting business cases and implementing such solutions for clients;
Aligning client needs with both the firmâ€™s and Managed Services capabilities and solutions, whether available or planned;
Leading architecture and solution workshops with clients and other firm leaders to drive solution development;
Engaging with vendors and third parties on application, technical, and infrastructure architecture design;
Contributing to the solution architecture to integrate processes and systems in order to maximize value and impact associated with the solution for the client;
Understanding technical applications that includes the enterprise class application architecture, IT technology standards, development standards and application technologies with a specific specialization in architecture and high level design and system development;
Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and overall contracting structures;
Leading and/or facilitating teams and developing client proposals, leveraging extensive business development, industry knowledge, relationship management and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks;
Identifying and addressing client needs by developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and mature opportunities to close; and,
Coaching staff including providing timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback.
