The Onboarding and Customer Success Specialist is a Tour of Duty in support of the day-to-day operations on the InsightsOfficer Customer Success team within New Ventures. You will report into the Onboarding Director, and interact daily with customers and other members of the InsightsOfficer team, including other InsightsOfficer leadership team members.

Understanding of accounting principles

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success within a professional services firm, in the following areas:
Understand accounting principles, including accrual and cash basis accounting;
Have an active interest in helping small businesses improve their firm through process optimization and data insights;
Identify areas of process improvement and communicate proposed solutions effectively;
Listen and empathize with customers in an effort to address their needs;
Work on multiple projects with different stakeholders, concurrently;
Prioritize and delegate effectively amongst changing deadlines and scope;
Demonstrate creative and innovative approaches to problem solving;
Able to solve problems independently and communicate solutions to others;
Clear written and oral communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders;
Knowledge of Google and MS Office skills;
Self motivated and able to work independently; and,
Interest in automation and RPA preferred.
