Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:
Understanding how to deliver engagements in an Agile/SAFE fashion (using our new agile/SAFE based delivery framework);
Understanding the content (assets) that can and are usually associated with various types of consulting solutions that can be leveraged in building out and delivering a solution;
Understanding the concept and structure of a solution archetype and how to organize the content of an integrated solution within the archetype structure so that engagement teams can effectively deliver the integrated solution (e.g. Finance Transformation, , Cloud ERP implementation);
Establishing archetype build out timelines / milestones that work within the timing of the overall release schedule;
Communicating the importance of meeting the defined schedule urgency to the archetype team and escalating when it varies from the prescribed timelines and standards;
Understanding the functionality and identifying new functionality based on the feedback from the integrated solutions and delivery teams;
Liasing with the Integrated solutions portfolio drivers and pilot engagement team to drive adoption
Creating a feedback loop for the solution archetype content;
Leading, managing workload, reviewing work and mentoring team of archetype builders; and,
Upholding the prescribed archetype standards (format, data, level of detail, consistency).
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or proven record of success in leading teams involved in full life-cycle software and/or multidisciplinary delivery, including:
Delivering complex and evolving requirements on time and with high quality;
Collaborating with leadership and teams to improve service delivery with a focus on consistency and quality;
Being an influential voice on behalf of both the solution and customers, driving standardization and automation while enabling the teams to execute their work;
Understanding with release planning, backlog and requirements creation;
Demonstrating ability to articulate the value proposition for standardizing disparate processes and viewpoints;
Understanding and communicating the impact of potential solutions on scalability, data structures, reporting and reusability;
Collaborating effectively with teams spanning multiple business areas to develop a consistent product or solution;

Leading the charge in defining and build our new ways of delivering services;
