Additional Responsibilities :
Experienced functional/technical architects/solution engineers who have managed services domain knowledge of the technical and business solution across Tower offerings and technical domains. Thorough knowledge of ongoing operational ownership and control of client agreements from landing through adoption, expansion and retention.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including the following:
Understanding Managed Services sales engineering, Managed Services technical/industry competencies such as Cloud, Network, Process Engineering, and Application;
Understanding quality and risk management systems and methodologies;
Understanding of managed service solutions which may include Amazon Web Services - AWS, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Certified Professional - Cloud Architect, Oracle Cloud, ITIL;
Understanding of DevOps engineering concepts to enabled automated configuration management and hyperscaling;
Understanding of Cloud based network connectivity, Software Defined Networking (SDN), firewall and load balancers;
Understanding the process of integrating data from multiple sources cloud on premise to a cloud environment;
Providing solution architecture guidance for internal PwC teams;
Utilizing system architect design capabilities, including the ability to prepare collateral for effective communication of ideas and client ready deliverables;
Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; and,
Identifying and resolving issues related to business and system requirements analysis and adding value in architecture design and development discussions.
