The SAP Multi Resource Scheduling (MRS) Managed Services Consultant demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and understanding of SAP MRS based solutions in one or more modules to contribute as a functional team member in consulting, designing, and implementing those solutions.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Managing multiple engagements acting as primary contact for managed service delivery for clients;

  • Collaborating with transition manager to assess and implement managed services tools and processes that address client needs;

  • Adhering to scope and service levels as well as driving continual service improvement (CSI);

  • Performing resource planning, scope and estimate team utilization and projecting staffing adjustments;

  • Assessing project risks, alert and escalate to appropriate channels;

  • Implementing cutover planning and execution as well as post go-live hypercare support;

  • Scoping and leading projects using ‘Agile’ principles; and,

  • Designing, building, testing and deploying SAP CPM technical solutions, emphasizing RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and development

Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and consulting success assisting clients with the implementation and support of SAP based technical solutions and improving business processes in the following areas;

  • SAP Multi Resource Scheduling (MRS)

  • SAP S/4 HANA Project System

  • SAP Time/Attendance

  • SAP CPM (Commercial Project Management)

  • SAP Project & Portfolio Management (P&PM)

  • SAP Dassian

  • SAP Controlling (CO)

Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and ability to design, implement and support complex business processes, as well as deploy the technical components required for successful solutions within an SAP environment. Related areas of specialty include RICEF - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, design and development.

Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
