We specialize in revenue cycle functions and remediating aged 3rd party accounts receivable for hospitals, medical groups, and other providers. We leverage our custom and automated workflow and quality assurance products to enable our clients to achieve better results, which ultimately allow them to provide better patient care.

Additional Responsibilities :

The People Lead is a key contributor to the overall success and growth of the VBO. This role will be an aggregator of all functions and processes that directly impacts the VBO workforce. Human capital maturation and development at the VBO is critically important to the organization’s future success. The People Lead will have direct influence on how the workforce performs day in and day out. This role will be a cornerstone of helping the VBO become the employer of choice in the industry.

Required Knowledge and Skills :

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically Excel and Word applications;

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of working with a diverse workforce and ability to coordinate with multiple business partners;

  • Proven general understanding of standard Human Resources practices;

  • Demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communication skills across varied audiences;

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; and,

  • Proven training experience with 10+ years consisting of instructor led training (ILT) sessions, webinars, podcasts, and video conference.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Provide coaching to staff and help them establish a plan for how they can continue to improve performance;

  • Help with the development and roll out of the Rising Star Program - program focused on direct mentorship for high-performance employees;

  • Help develop and put into action a new and leading-edge career progression model;

  • Assess employee survey results and look for opportunities for improvement; work with broader team to design and execute plans on rolling out the identified improvements;

  • Design, build and host group training sessions to focus on various categories such as professionalism, developing people, presentation skills, etc.;

  • Assist with the VBO Communication Plan;

  • Work with training team to advance and evolve new hire integration and training and works to create a well-received experience for all new hires;

  • Oversee the VBO’s compliance program and works with the Compliance Assistant Director to ensure the organization's compliance needs are being met;

  • Work with VBO leaders to build compliance plans and put those plans into action;

  • Oversee all aspects of the VBO Training Function including, creation and deployment of training, effectiveness of training, new training requirements this also includes training that is required for the VBO’s offshore partners;

  • Manage the training and quality control team to ensure that all efforts are having positive effects to the VBO workforce, productivity and quality output;

  • Work with business partners - operations, strategy, etc. - to identify areas of improvement related to training and quality control and assist with implementation of remediation plans/ efforts;

  • Co-lead the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and work with participants to enact changes across the business that will improve the organization’s cultural and sense of inclusion and awareness;

  • Focus on employee retention and work with business partners to design and implement solutions that improve retention and employee engagement; and,

  • Responsible for ensuring the VBO’s business partners are helping to improve the overall culture and environment of the VBO and making the VBO and ideal place to work.
