Supporting day-to-day operational tasks associated with managing Deals Source (currently on Sitecore) - updating pages/microsites; quality reviewing of content; using metrics and analytics; ensuring current, consistent messaging and high-quality content.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, communications, marketing or related field (Deals / M&A client service consulting professional degrees also considered).

Masters degree is preferred in Knowledge Management, Library Science, or related fields.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:
Possessing 5 years in Knowledge Management and/or combination of relevant M&A client service roles, preferably in a large professional services organization, and be able to demonstrate a robust understanding of knowledge management approaches and their application;
Displaying familiarity with the M&A/Deals business issues and environment;
Demonstrating experience with content management systems; enterprise search, taxonomy, portal technologies such as Sitecore, SharePoint, etc;
Leading projects using agile/scrum methodologies;
Demonstrating strong executive presence and proving success in building and maintaining relationships at senior levels;
Exhibiting consultative/innovative mindset and a teaming approach to service delivery;
Leading complex programs and projects to achieve milestones and objectives;
Working effectively across functional teams and domains and ability move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail;
Navigating the complexities of diverse opinions, needs and use cases;
Working with users and stakeholders to access needed information across Deals Source, including content items as needed;
Initiating and leading open conversations with teams and stakeholders to build trust; and,
Possessing knowledge of Sitecore, SharePoint, enterprise search, automation tools and other systems commonly used in professional service firms strongly recommended.
