Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:
Utilizing Lean IT principles and data driven approaches;
Leading a team of 5 or more resources;
Possessing knowledge of the Data Management framework, including data management, data security, data quality and data architecture;
Working with RDBMS such as DB2, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgresSQL, Teradata, etc;
Understanding Data Integration Tools (SSIS, Informatica Power center, API Management, Enterprise Service Bus, and Rules Engine);
Understanding Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence,Enterprise Search and Reporting (PowerBI, Tableau);
Possessing experience in Cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud;
Demonstrating knowledge of Data Modeling & Schema design and development;
Understanding NoSQL databases (e.g. DocumentDB, CosmosDB, MongoDB, Casandra, etc.);
Showcasing experience with Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure SQL Managed Instances;
Demonstrating experience with Python or similar scripting languages;
Implementing query analysis and performance optimization;
Possessing a certification in any of database, data integration, data management, visualisation tools and cloud;
Showcasing technical understanding that spans multiple platforms and portfolio of applications with demonstrated knowledge of the business strategic priorities in order to resolve complex problems;
Picking up new tools and being independent with minimal guidance from the project leads/managers;
Possessing analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities;
Establishing personal credibility quickly and demonstrate specialization; and,
Demonstrating effective written and verbal skills.
