A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. Our Compliance team is responsible for oversight of all Compliance activities by our PwC professionals. As part of the team, you’ll help promote and monitor compliance with applicable external and internal policies, laws and regulations and subsequently, manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation and reputational risk.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
Investigating internal alleged violations of law, regulation and policy;
Developing and improving policies and processes, while also supervising others in doing so;
Providing professional services in audit (internal or external) finance, law, forensics, tax, risk or advisory;
Investigating or auditing report writing, and trend analysis (analyzing data and preparing reports);
Understanding of ethics, code-of-conduct, compliance and related topics and policies from an Ethics & Compliance or related perspective (e.g., audit, legal, forensic investigations, HR, IT, finance, security and procurement);
Auditing or investigating skills, preferably involving complaints of law, regulation, integrity violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, time, expense, gifts and entertainment fraud, conflicts of interest, and breach of privacy/confidentiality;
Leveraging written and verbal communication skills involving: (1) receiving and investigating complaints, (2) having challenging, sensitive and confidential conversations, (3) providing policy guidance, (4) policy maintenance and development, (5) ethics communications and training, and (6) trend analyses;
Conducting root cause analyses including change agility, especially the abilities to analyze data and reporting trends and continuous improvement of processes to align with regulatory and business changes;
Operating with a high degree of independence and accountability in the receipt and investigation of complaints and while guiding and collaborating with internal leaders, staff, clients, and vendors;
Organizing and prioritizing in order to manage multiple projects concurrently;
Collaborating with stakeholder functions in an internal investigations process, including HR, Legal, Internal Audit, IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and,
Supervising others in ethics investigations, internal alleged violations of law, regulation and policy, as well as policy development.
