The Advisory Lab Administrators team for Manage Services Hosting supports lab environments consisting of more than 50 staff members. Responsibilities for this position will include prepping, managing, and imaging lab environments for training and classroom sessions, working with clients to address any technical issues in lab environment, maintaining the functionality and availability of all lab systems, and installing and upgrading drivers, firmware and applications as needed.

Demonstrating thorough abilities and or/proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:
Working as L3/L4 Network support lead with multiple data centers, global operations and WAN connectivity;
Proactively monitoring overall network performance and taking action to correct deficiencies;
Planning, implementing, monitoring and maintaining a data network that consists of Routers, switches, firewalls, Load balancers, SDWAN, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure), Wireless, Remote Access, Voice with Multiple OEM exposure etc;
Troubleshooting issues across multiple layers including application servers, databases, network/firewall, or end user;
Defining, evaluating, and implementing any design or configuration changes;
Demonstrating proven extensive abilities and success as a team leader in roles involving, the setup of high availability Systems;
Identifying and resolving issues related to business and system requirements analysis and adding value in architecture design and development discussions;
Working with third-party service providers to establish quality and consistent delivery of service to published SLAs;
Providing technical guidance and coordination with onsite / offshore teams;
Performing ongoing cloud research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential design and use within the Enterprise;
Developing enterprise architecture for cloud services and cloud patterns for use/reuse by Solution Architects;
Expanding personal knowledge of the network & cloud industry, services, and innovations;
Possessing the ability and desire to bring people together to collaborate and work through complicated troubleshooting, as well as the ability to identify and recommend solutions to management team; and,
Possessing Cloud Scripting knowledge and experience.
