You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Systems Analysis team assists PwC with system updates and change management based on its technological needs. You’ll help the team with system configurations, implementations and other related process improvements.

High School Diploma

Minimum Years of Experience :

4 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT analysis across the software/system development lifecycle.

Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems

Certification(s) Preferred :

Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator certification

Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II is a plus,

Marketing Cloud certifications are a Plus.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Understanding and in-depth experience with general salesforce setup and configuration such as workflows, validation rules, triggers, field updates, page layouts, record types, formula fields, report types etc.;

  • Understanding of high level experience with environment maintenance tasks such as managing admin access, managing sandboxes, Single Sign On, Certificate & Key Management, License Management etc.;

  • Leveraging experience working with integrations setup and service account administration and integrations support;

  • Understanding of the tasks required to complete full copy sandbox refreshes and the potential pre and post refresh tasks to be completed based on the usage of the sandbox (testing, training, code deployment etc.);

  • Showing proficiency with the use of Data Loader & Workbench tools;

  • Reporting and dashboard development and management experience;

  • Using Einstein Analytics administration and having familiarity with dashboards, lenses, recipes, data sets, etc.;

  • Possessing ability to export various data to worksheets and tabulate for analysis and review from administration standpoint;

  • Utilizing experience with Marketing Cloud administration, MC connect, Single Sign On for Marketing Cloud, Data extension configurations, Integrations setup/configuration, Business unit and roles administration, Journey builders setup, etc.;

  • Understanding and in depth knowledge of Marketing Cloud integrations setup/configuration;

  • Possessing experience with Marketing Cloud email setup/management, external integrations, etc.;

  • Understanding of Version Control and Build/Deployment Tools;

  • Having exposure to Apex and Visualforce development;

  • Having Release Management experience or familiarity using Salesforce DX, GIT, Azure DevOps (VSTS), Visual Code Editor, etc.;

  • Understanding management of source code for branch and merge strategy;

  • Having experience with ANT, change set deployments;

  • Configuring and utilizing ServiceNow to process internal requests and for reporting;

  • Having a developer background and skill sets like Java, Python are a big plus;

  • Using Informatica for mass data updates;

  • Optimizing time management skills to remain organized and on task;

  • Having GSuite/MS office experience and skill set;

  • Possessing ability to communicate effectively at all levels;

  • Demonstrating ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous requests;

  • Using analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and showing attention to detail; and,

  • Leading with a positive attitude and willing to work outside normal hours to troubleshoot high priority issues when needed.
