PwC Comms & Change - Digital Communications Senior Associate in Boston, Massachusetts

A career in Firm Strategy and Communications, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to establish effective communication programmes that enhance PwC’s vision, strategy, values, and purpose. You’ll focus on designing communication initiatives that aid in implementing new policies and programmes and that will enhance the organisation’s relations with the community, public, government, shareholders, and employees.

Job Requirements and Preferences :

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum Degree Required :

High School Diploma

Minimum Years of Experience :

2 year(s) of roles involving internal and external communications, digital marketing and/or technology.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree

Preferred Fields of Study :

English Literature, Journalism, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Marketing, Information Technology

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the execution of change tactics through experience and knowledge of a global network of professional services firms and its business emphasizing the following areas:

  • Developing and deepening knowledge of both change management and communications principles and practices;

  • Collaborating with team members and internal stakeholders to execute digital communications tactics and communications plans that help drive our strategic agenda;

  • Executing change management and communication activities with stakeholders to minimize cultural barriers and resistance to change; and,

  • Leveraging technology and tools that enable communications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google platforms and tools; and, web-based publishing.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas:

  • Contributing to content management and content creation of digital communications channels, with a focus on the firm’s intranet and email;

  • Supporting analytics and reporting for digital communications channels, including firm intranet, and email solution;

  • Exhibiting writing and editing ability for the firm style guide;

  • Owning an editorial calendar that spans multiple channels;

  • Showcasing comfort with digital communications technology platforms, and the ability to coach others if needed;

  • Committing to continuous improvement through innovation, simplification and leveraging industry-leading practices;

  • Delivering of work held to the highest standards of quality and accuracy;

  • Establishing agility and comfort in working across a variety of content management systems; and,

  • Showcasing executive presence and ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels and with impact to all levels of internal audiences, staff through partner, as well as external audiences as needed.
