A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Demonstrates thought-leader level knowledge, and/or a proven record of success, directing efforts in the following areas:

– Deep understanding of pursuit principles in order to develop new programs through marketing and sales pursuit-related specialization to support a business development strategy and desired pursuit behaviors;

– Utilizing and applying deep sales, marketing and/or professional services knowledge into projects and demonstrating abilities to serve as a change agent;

– Understanding various functional networks and having an ability to build, expand and/or leverage existing relationships;

– Understanding business sector, and company-level issues facing complex organizations;

– Proven specialization in innovation and high quality delivery of programs and materials;

– Understanding and leveraging systems, tools and resources to lead alignment and maximize the impact on business development and pursuit efforts; and

– Working with new virtual approaches, leveraging digital technologies (e-learns, mobile mini-modules, connected classroom, SPOCs, etc.), and enhanced pursuit-related guidance and tools that influence staff and align efforts and behaviors with pursuit skills.

Demonstrates thought-leader level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

– Developing and leading on internal marketing and change management efforts, including creating and/or driving communications, internal marketing to drive digital program awareness and use;

– Partnering with leadership to instill greater marketing alignment with pursuit principles across the lines, sectors and geographies;

– Driving pursuit adoption and coaching culture by creating a community of practice with territory implementation leads and coordinating coaching assistance opportunities;

– Leading and coordinating program launch and roll out collaborating with Learning & Development, including sourcing and training of instructors for programs;

– Serving as a key knowledge management champion for pursuit related content, materials and resources;

– Sharing and leveraging pursuit and related business development training, materials, resources, and processes across a global firm;

– Communicating with impact verbally and writing client-focused proposals, presentations, and other communications;

– Building and maintaining relationships with staff up to and including leadership, with emphasis on managing through a matrixed organization;

– Researching and using analytical abilities and the ability to pull out relevant data/information and provide synopses for stakeholders;

– Working in a strong teaming environment and build relationships/collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;

– Thriving in a fast-paced matrixed organization, working with a strong sense of urgency and be agile in an ever-changing environment;

– Proven specialization in project and deadline management; and,

– Using technical tools actively and effectively such as MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Google suite including Docs, Slides and Sheets.
