The Salesforce Success Center of Expertise is a global team, supporting the network to realize full value from the firm’s investment. As the MarTech Innovation/Platform Expansion Manager, you are responsible for driving innovation in the Salesforce platform ecosystem to realize the vision of a 360-degree view of PwC’s customers to enhance PwC’s market capability & client relationships.

Demonstrating intimate levels of abilities with and/or proven record of success in:

  • Leveraging deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, agile technology development and cloud technologies;

  • Using proven experience leveraging marketing automation to transform how B2B organizations go-to-market and become market leaders in sales and marketing capabilities;

  • Developing and executing an innovation and platform expansion strategy and roadmap (ideally for Salesforce or a marketing automation platform in a professional services environment);

  • Leveraging thought leadership and specialized knowledge of emerging marketing automation technologies and a curious mindset, focused on driving innovation and platform expansion;

  • Leveraging thought leadership and specialized knowhow of technical marketing and business development, ideally in a B2B context;

  • Building and managing relationships across a global network;

  • Liaising, influencing and challenge effectively to build relationships at the leadership, management, peer group and team level;

  • Identifying and solving problems proactively, and seeking ways to drive improvements and efficiencies with an innovation mindset;

  • Using expert ability to consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists; able to communicate effectively with senior management; and,

  • Using highly-developed training, presentation and written communication skills.

Demonstrating intimate levels of knowledge of and/or proven record of success in:

  • Driving the deployment and adoption of new features across marketing automation platforms by creating tools, methodologies and frameworks to incorporate into new ways of working and business processes;

  • Managing external vendors and contractors to build and deploy platform enhancements, functions and features across a global network;

  • Presenting to global governance forum with confidence to drive innovation around the go-to-market strategy, translating complex matters to non-specialists in a clear and compelling way;

  • Driving difficult conversations with business stakeholders and being confident in saying no to all levels of the organization when necessary by relating strategy to difficult decisions; and,

  • Navigating complex situations while applying firm policies and procedures to enable compliance across the network.
