As part of our Automation Strategy and Operations team, you’ll help customers to transform and develop their businesses by developing next generation digital strategies and enabling them to adopt Intelligent Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation and digital workflow strategies and processes.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in understanding underlying client business problems including the following areas:
Developing Process Intelligence and Intelligent Automation technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations;
Leveraging hands-on experience with the implementation of Process Intelligence and Intelligent Process Automation tools, such as Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, UIPath, and Workfusion, Appian, Celonis, TimelinePI, FortressIQ, etc.;
Working with SQL, ETL tools, Alteryx, databases and data integrations;
Creating and building AI/ML models with working knowledge of Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, PySpark, etc.;
Proficiency in SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics (or other ERP and CRM) data models and table structure;
Possessing a Certification in UIPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Celonis, Apromore, Signavio, FortressIQ, Process Advisor is a big plus;
Understanding of data visualisation, analysis, analytics and reporting;
Understanding of business process management and business process engineering concepts and associated methodologies;
Demonstrating exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills;
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success learning and performing in functional and technical capacities, including the following areas:
Helping develop full scale operational and organizational transformations;
Supporting the development of and execution of GTM strategy for Process Intelligence and Intelligent Automation and industry specific offerings / assets;
Supporting the development and delivery of sales support materials for Process Intelligence and Intelligent Automation, including delivery of client training and industry events;
Acting as a subject matter expert on Process Mining and Intelligent Automation, leveraging your knowledge and experience to meet client’s needs;
Leveraging knowledge of Process Intelligence and Intelligent Automation implementations, including strategy design, business case development, governance, and risk;
Demonstrating knowledge of economics of Process Intelligence and Intelligent Automation ecosystem, including licensing arrangements and various deployment models;
Demonstrating experience with broader business process reengineering efforts such as Lean, workflow design, YAWL, Modeling and Simulation etc.;
Performing as a team leader by creating a positive environment;
Monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;
Providing candid feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
