Our team helps organisations develop strategic business insights through advanced visualisation tools to conduct complex analysis of data to derive patterns, trends, and outliers in an insightful way.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above

  • Train and lead staff

  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

This background should include:- Visualization techniques and tools, i.e. D3/HTML Visualizations, Tableau/Qlikview/Spotfire/etc, Advanced Excel/Access UI, etc.;- Advanced analytics techniques, regression, simulation, utilizing R/SAS, SPSS, Java, VBA, etc.;- Applicable sources of external, internal or new data sources, i.e. SQL, Oracle, NoSQL, Hadoop, MSFT Access, etc.;- Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, Customer and industrial Products and Services, Manufacturing or Telecom Industries.Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to travel, as assignments require, and a flexible mindset, comfort with multi-tasking and quickly shifting priorities.Demonstrates thorough product management skills and success that includes the following areas:- Managing and coaching small multidisciplinary product teams and collaborating with designers, business users and developers to innovate and drive product development;- Being an influential voice on behalf of the customer, our consultants and their clients, constantly thinking about their needs and the reflection of those needs in the products we deliver;- Producing visual prototype and functional prototypes with agile approaches;- Managing release planning, backlog and roadmap requirements creation;- Proven track record for deploying high quality products;- Prioritizing new features/development and ensuring execution is completed;- Demonstrating effective collaboration with teams spanning multiple geographies to develop and deliver analytic applications;- Applying data and analytics to solve questions of business strategy for clients;- Be able to create competitive analyses for potential products, drive appropriate segmentation approaches and develop preliminary business cases – refining them all as emergent information arises; and,- Communicating passionately and articulately, creating storyboards and/or presentations and being comfortable communicating with all stakeholders- partners, consultants, and clients.
