Our team collaborates with product strategy and product managers to govern readiness standards in achieving principles (compliance, privacy, security) by design for what PwC’s technology assets require to be successful in the market. They provide guidance for product development across the lifecycle (ideation / strategy through commercialization / monetization). Additionally, they facilitate market readiness for technology assets overall, as changes occur to assets or market conditions throughout the asset’s life cycle.

The Ready For Market (RFM) is a newly established pillar that brings together various teams to streamline our processes and bring greater efficiencies in the way we partner with the segments, to simplify and optimize our processes to better enable market readiness.

Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

Demonstrates extensive level of abilities with and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

  • Developing and maintaining working relationships with project teams within the various practice areas for a global consulting firm and becoming the focal point of contact for questions that arise;

  • Applying project management skills and knowledge of compliance and quality standards to design and maintain project plans, addressing project-specific review requirements;

  • Leveraging business knowledge of offerings/solutions in tailoring project management plans and activities, making appropriate recommendations and using judgment to influence actions and outcomes;

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in order to understand their needs, applying that knowledge to facilitate reviews;

  • Managing multiple concurrent reviews / project plans to drive projects to completion by managing timelines and processes, translating business needs into action items;

  • Demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as an ability to manage a high volume of discrete requests;

  • Applying critical thinking skills, problem solving capabilities, an ability to translate technical topics into business terms, and a continuous learning mindset in a fast-paced environment;

  • Providing pragmatic solutions and direction without compromising compliance requirements or quality principles;

  • Working independently and applying judgment when completing tasks, performing self reviews and quality checking with a continuous improvement mindset;

  • Recognizing matters to effectively escalate to Technology Launch Team leadership in order to address issues or roadblocks impacting the ability of project teams to complete consultation activities;

  • Demonstrating effective communication and listening skills to work effectively with Partners, Managing Directors, Directors and other team members to facilitate discussions and achieve mutually-agreeable solutions;

  • Managing activities and inputs into a reporting function that supports the Technology Launch Team review processes;

  • Understanding independence and risk management policies and processes as well as technology development lifecycle;

  • Leading, coaching and developing other members of the Technology Launch Team;

  • Participating in or leading components of special projects, and,

  • Communicating in an organized, knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats to clearly and concisely communicate issues, impacts, potential solutions, recommendations, and status across a range of risk-related topics.
