As part of our team, you’ll help our clients determine their compensation structure, executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements, tax implications, and financial reporting and accounting advice.

Demonstrating active listening skills to gain understanding of key customer and market issues;
Designing appropriate analysis for diagnostics and implementation, analyzing and interpreting ambiguous and complex information and relationships;

Anticipating client needs, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement;

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and understanding in:
Demonstrating experience with equity/stock based compensation (domestic and international treatment);
Applying knowledge of employer payroll/tax/compliance obligations for stock plans (domestic and global), including payroll administration/process for equity/stock based compensation;
Working with different equity administration vendors and knowledge of industry practices;
Demonstrating experience with payroll administration, day to day processes, and understanding the payroll life cycle and challenges;
Demonstrating knowledge of employee tax and compliance obligations for equity/stock based compensation;
Supporting equity/stock based compensation transfer/conversion in merger and acquisition transactions;
Applying knowledge of compensation tax, policy research, analysis and working with complex tax issues;
Applying experience with Financial Wellness programs to provide broad based and executive education and guidance on benefit plans and total rewards; and,
Applying experience with Broad based Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits. qualified and non-qualified plans, executive compensation and health & welfare arrangements, compensation plan design, theories, common practices and administration.
