Demonstrates proven industry knowledge and marketplace consulting expertise transforming clients’ digital commerce capabilities to grow revenue, enter new markets, enhance customer experience, and reduce cost to serve.
Demonstrates thought-leader level abilities and proven record of success directing efforts including:
Possessing strategic thinking and visioning, leadership and solution development across technologies & programs based on business needs, technology enablement, and data & analytical insights;
Identifying new marketplace opportunities and lead digital marketplace platform strategy, solutioning, design and architecture for enterprise clients;
Demonstrating proven thought leader-level abilities and success with directing teams, identifying and addressing client needs, preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials, and defining strategies;
Demonstrating proven and demonstrated current knowledge in emerging technologies and industry market trends;
Building operating models that break down internal silos to support clients’ sales channels and deliver seamless customer experiences;
Defining B2B and B2C digital marketplace strategies, goals and objectives in support of client ecommerce businesses;
Leveraging extensive knowledge and analysis of data to support marketplace solutions;
Assessing client digital commerce capabilities, operating model, and organizational process;
Directing with cross-functional teams (marketing, UX designers, IT teams) to develop optimal customer experience solutions; and,
Leading the execution of digital commerce strategy, operations, or technical projects, including digital marketplace platforms and tools.
Demonstrates thought leader expertise and proven success managing marketing operations to identify and address client needs: communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements; preparing and coordinating complex written and verbal materials; managing project workflows and budgets.
Demonstrates proven extensive ability and success collaborating with leadership and business sectors to drive revenue into existing client bases, including the following:
Partnering with change consulting partners, technology consulting and others to deliver full lifecycle projects across multi-industry client bases;
Building and sustaining extensive client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new marketing opportunities valued at $2-4 million range annually; and,
Possessing prior consulting firm experience at the Director or equivalent level.
