4 year(s) of progressive managerial roles involving delivering operations, reporting/analytics, and/or strategies within the Workday environment across a global business and user population.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in Workday and Peoplesoft. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: - Exhibiting Workday functional/technical implementation and Workday Studio Integration Designer Toolset experience; - Exhibiting technical integration experience with external 3rd parties e.g. Payroll and Benefits providers; - Being familiar with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application delivery on a global level; - Exhibiting experience of using test management tools such as MS VSTS or HP SM9 for management of defects; - Influencing and showcasing stakeholder management skills; - Working in a global/virtual team environment; - Showcasing at least 1 year experience of developing integrations between HCM systems; - Exhibiting experience of Business Analysis and Requirement Engineering/Discovery; - Being familiar with database and application design technologies, i.e., SQL, XML/XLST, Web Services (SOAP, REST), middleware (BizTalk, Fusion, etc.); - Being knowledgeable in agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban; - Being proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; - Exhibiting communication skills, both written and verbal; - Being competent in the English language as it relates to business; - Gathering integration requirements in a high quality manner to establish that the end product meets the original business requirement; - Encouraging continued alignment to PwC IT Integration Standards and the correct selection of technologies, where appropriate acting as a champion for these standards when working with territories in the network; - Engaging with 3rd parties as appropriate, whether these be external vendors of HC systems dependent upon integration; - Working with our testing team to create testing plans and agree testing exit criteria to validate the requirements are met; - Establishing that identified defects are resolved in a timely fashion during testing phases; - Creating Standard Operating Procedures for Integrations, establishing that failures can be remediated quickly and efficiently; - Acting as Level 3 Support where problems with integrations arise that cannot be resolved at level 2; - Taking point on working with our network to gather integration requirements and execute subsequent design, build, and test activities; - Exhibiting significant Human Capital (HC) reporting/analytics experience in a fast-paced Hi-Tech Environment, preferably in the Workday space; and, - Showcasing proven experience of delivering support to a global user population.
