A career in Information Security, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop and support our internal security technologies and services across the entire global and local PwC network. Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
Developing consistent and clear executive messaging that articulates the vision, mission, strategies, and programs of the PwC CITO;
Refining existing technology and information security strategy messaging into a cohesive story for key stakeholders;
Align the strategic communications and messaging from a PwC CITO perspective with PwC’s business and thought leadership;
Exhibiting capability in thought leadership, bringing a diversity of perspectives to the continuous development of PwC’s global technology and information security strategies;
Articulating the vision of the PwC CITO through development and delivery of formal and informal communications, such as internal PwC executive updates (e.g., board and leadership updates), internal PwC strategy documents for aligning stakeholders, external publications, and more.
Creating delightful and digital experiences to help PwC’s most senior leaders understand the importance and business benefits of the CITO’s strategies and programs.
Fostering relationships with key PwC and industry stakeholders to inform the CITO’s views on PwC’s global technology and information security strategies;
Leveraging market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide meaningful insights; and,
Communicating complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences, including both internal PwC stakeholders and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, vendors).
Demonstrates thought level-leader abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
Being passionate about technology and information security communications, innovative, inspirational;
Demonstrating previous experience in technology and/or information security executive communications;
Demonstrating previous experience in building senior level programmatic communications;
Demonstrating the ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships well with key stakeholders;
Displaying ability to distill complex and abstract technical concepts into business-relevant insights and language;
Demonstrating being technically competent with digital communications tools and platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn and SharePoint; and,
Demonstrating being technically competent with productivity software including but not limited to, Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
