Additional Responsibilities :
You will lead Pricing & Estimation team members and solution practitioners, Partners and their teams, in constructing structured price models for their solutions and/or digital assets (accelerators and products), leveraging a value-based pricing methodology, and driving quality and consistency across pricing projects.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:
Executing an active pricing strategy and processes for our digital assets to achieve Advisory’s business objectives and properly capture the value we deliver;
Working closely with solution Partners and their teams to drive solution commercialization by identifying their client segmentation, structuring their solution offering, quantifying their value proposition, analyzing the competitive landscape, and building price models;
Educating solution teams about the PwC pricing ecosystem (including deliverables-based effort estimation as an input),components of pricing, and the different ways to structure the price;
Ensuring final price models are in compliance with PwC policies and restrictions; and,
Taking concepts from a blank piece of paper to buy-in and ultimate execution.

Working as a part of a cross-functional team executing Advisory strategy on key initiatives that drive results;
Maintaining relationships and leading lower level staff and align teams to a common goal/result;
Driving standard pricing setting and reviewing current pricing;
Developing and updating value based pricing models for digital assets (products, accelerators) solutions;
Facilitating the definition of project scope, deliverables and timeline to ensure delivery of project goals;
Collecting and analyzing pricing inputs;
Conducting meetings and workshops to drive decisions and build pricing models;
Using quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze market share, competitor environments and cost/margin to support digital asset and solutions commercialization efforts;
Evaluating price execution success;
Demonstrating interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels;
Demonstrating strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement using negotiation skills,
Responding to evolving business needs;
Improving pricing strategy, approach and models;
Improving functional efficiency, impact and best practices; and,
Driving strategic initiatives working with Leadership.
