PwC Copywriter Experience Center Chicago Experienced Associate in Chicago, Illinois

A career in our Experience Design practice, A career in Experience Consulting services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients change customer behaviours through the experience journey starting with a strategy, then through design, and eventually implementation. You’ll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation.

We help our clients build a customer centric organisation through differentiated and brand defining customer experiences. You’ll help our team build a value based consumer model, coupled with quantitative analysis and digital technology based on the client’s target customer base.

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project

  • Prepare deliverables

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters

  • Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

Job Requirements and Preferences :

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum Degree Required :

Associate Degree

Minimum Years of Experience :

1 year(s) of proven success in roles within a digital marketing agency

Required Knowledge and Skills :

A portfolio of your relevant interactive work (web, mobile & tablet) is required for review.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in writing and editing content for web pages, email, social media and blog posts, maintaining a consistent voice across channels.

  • Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success writing in a variety of formats, styles and tones as it relates to various end-users.

  • Demonstrates proven extensive command of the English language and grammar, without reliance on spell checkers and grammar checkers.

  • Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success creating digital editorial content, as well as editing and proofreading.

  • Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in applying SEO standard industry practices to content.
