As a Customer Success Analyst at Terrain Insights, you’ll be responsible for supporting client engagements and customer deployments of the Terrain Insights solution. You will work under the supervision of a Customer Success Manager to support engagements with our industry leading clients. You will be part of a team of problem solvers that includes Sales, Customer Success, and PwC Advisory consulting teams who establish our customers and clients meet their goals.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of, and proven success in executing various aspects of client engagements and/or projects within a professional services environment, and with customer success approaches including knowledge in the following areas:
Supporting a portfolio of client engagements and/or customers under the direction of a Customer Success Manager (CSM);
Assisting with the implementation of customer success strategies using Terrain Insights technology and PwC consulting services;
Conducting user onboarding/training/support and producing deliverables and outputs;
Leading client calls, taking notes, and tracking project activities and tasks;
Creating and managing customer support tickets;
Drafting and maintaining product documentation, user guides, training materials, and the customer portal;
Contributing to projects designed to convert pilot projects into long term customers; and,
Preparing technical documentation in order to support client presentations on complex technical topics.
