Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and expertise on designing and developing business insights, predictive and prescriptive models and traditional and modern data architectures, including one or more of the following experience:
Evaluating Data & Analytics enterprise architecture for feasibility, risk and technology modernization and help conceptualize, design, migrate and implement solutions using cloud based and on-prem technologies
Creating data strategies, defining methodologies, designing, developing and recommending modern “data-first” architecture solutions
Prioritizing, preparing and implementing Data architecture/ Integration, and business insights solutions that support cross-functional KPIs, metrics and
Designing and developing data models (conceptual, logical and physical) for complex data platforms (next gen data platforms/ data warehouses etc.); Defining data flows to capture data sourcing and metadata (key business terms, definitions, business rules etc.) to support business needs
ML Engineering experience in deploying ML Models and implementing ML Ops & monitoring
Applying No Code/Low Code capabilities in constructing modern data engineering and analytics solutions
Demonstrates experience (multiple implementations) across the complete software development life cycle (from business requirements to deployment and support) using industry leading data analysis/data engineering/visualization tools and technologies, including:
Emerging enterprise data management, data harmonization and engineering, cloud data analytics modernization, edge data platform and AI, BI-analytics enablement, recommendation and next best action engines, data governance strategy and operationalization, master data management, and data security
Ability to architect and design end to end enterprise data solutions and develop applications utilizing leading data engineering, big data and visualizations tools ( data ingestion and distribution patterns, large scale data processing on distributed platforms, data warehousing, cloud based architecture, SQL/No SQL)
Design and development of data cleansing and data wrangling routines utilizing typical data quality functions involving standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking and matching that leverages knowledge within data, master data, metadata and technology management.
Demonstrates proven skills and success participating in consulting-related projects within a professional services environment that utilize creative thinking skills and individual initiative, including the following:
Collaborating and contributing as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback;
Identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; approaching client in an organized manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;

Coaching and collaborating with associates who assist with this work, including providing coaching, feedback and guidance on work performance.
