Our Sales and Marketing Generalist – Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

As a member of the marketing team, you'll help us define new categories of value and introduce our products to our clients and greenfield market opportunities in support of one of PwC’s most important strategic initiatives. To do this, you'll be counted on to work cross-functionally across design, comms, sales, product and more. You're a strategic thinker and a doer. You’ll be working closely with partner Product Owners, so executive presence and stakeholder management will be important.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success leading efforts in a B2B technology digital performance role, emphasizing the following areas:
Executing the overall planning, creation, implementation, coordination and success of digital marketing campaign promotions;
Monitoring, tracking, analyzing and investigating campaign performance to assess trends and recommend areas for improvement;
Synthesizing campaign performance and customer needs into easy-to-understand messages, value propositions and revenue-driving go-to-market strategies;
Executing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms in order to drive new user acquisition growth, increase customer retention and revenue;
Developing ideas for customized campaigns based on target segmentation;
Testing ads across devices to establish industry leading branding and user experience;
Testing ad messaging across segments and reporting on engagement;
Conducting A/B testing around messaging, landing pages, and offers and reporting on results;
Communicating and resolving potential issues in advance of campaign launch dates in order to establish all deadlines are met;
Generating weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, including goals, revenue and other initiatives;
Participating in broader marketing meetings and strategy sessions;
Continuously developing knowledge of digital industry leading practices;
Maintaining knowledge of the social landscape and upcoming digital trends;
Utilizing data visualization software such as Tableau and Bower PI and advertising and reporting platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Eloqua; and,
Working across software applications such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SQL, HTML, Photoshop and a mix of online marketing ecosystems, including mobile and social.
