Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:
Performing Business Analyst responsibilities working on large and complex digital commerce strategy, discovery, and implementation projects;
Performing technical analysis of existing or potential digital commerce systems and data integration required based on solution design and requirements;
Developing and guide the documentation of requirements and test cases so that the requirements and test cases are unambiguous, aligned, consistent and not in contradiction with each other;
Demonstrating deep understanding of business or technical stakeholder’s perspective and translating the requirements into the appropriate deliverables in an Agile/Scrum delivery model;
Demonstrating deep understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications and Agile Requirements Methods;
Demonstrating working experience in Scaled Agile delivery models with experience in solution design, technical refinement and grooming of user stories;
Working collaboratively within a delivery team at all levels including stakeholder management, with considerate ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them with minimal direct supervision.
Demonstrating hands-on technical development experience in one of the following digital commerce technologies: Salesforce Commerce, SAP Hybris/C4C, Shopify or Adobe Commerce Cloud/ Magento Commerce;
Demonstrating working knowledge of web services architectures J2EE, SOAP/REST/JSON including technical development;
Demonstrating intermediate experience with integrating the eCommerce engine with other front-office technology products (e.g. payment gateway, CMS, CRM, PIM, DAM) and other backend solutions (e.g. ERP); and,
Participating in digital commerce technology assessments using structured frameworks.
