Our Data Protection team focuses on helping our clients implement an effective data protection programme that protects against threats, propels data-driven transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organisations, partners and customers. You'll play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are mitigating risk by developing transformation strategies focused on data security, including efficiently integrating and managing new or existing data protection technology across their sensitive data landscape.

Our team helps organisations safeguard critical assets by identifying, prioritising, and protecting sensitive or high value business assets. In joining, you’ll focus on assessing, designing, and implementing data protection capabilities including data classification, encryption, de-identification, and sensitive data monitoring technologies to support a a data protection vision for our clients that can be integrated into their broader ERM, cybersecurity & regulatory framework.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success managing and delivering Microsoft365 and Microsoft Information Protection projects, including the definition and delivery of strategy, architecture, and technology implementation activities.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Assist clients with developing Microsoft-based information governance strategies that are clearly aligned to their business, technology, privacy and security drivers;

  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies to maximize their Microsoft M365 investments, including solution functionality and security and compliance features;

  • Design, architect, test and deploy Microsoft 365 (M365) Modern Work solutions, including Office 365 and related Security & Compliance Center capabilities;

  • Design, architect, test and deploy Microsoft Azure Information Protect (AIP) solutions, including unified labeling capabilities, information protection schemes, and AIP classifiers;

  • Design, plan, implement, execute and validate Office 365 (O365) migrations, including Microsoft SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related Office 365 services;

  • Research and maintain knowledge of Microsoft 365 Modern Work and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) capabilities, including licensing, operations, scalability/architecture, and security features and capabilities;

  • Lead client meetings with technical, operations, and security personnel to agree on design and architecture decisions and requirements;

  • Identify and address client needs by building relationships with clients, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, and resolving potential conflicts as a leader;

  • Assist with project planning, engagement administration, budget management, and the successful completion of engagement work streams;

  • Collaborate with business development teams responsible for writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients; and,

  • Demonstrate negotiation, documentation and presentation skills.
