Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or proven record of success in manufacturing & shop floor processes and solutions including demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the following skillsets:
Process review, redesign and implementation;
Shop-floor execution industry leading practices, including material flow optimization;
Manufacturing and enterprise business systems (MES, ERP, MRP);
Productivity and efficiency;
Resource / labor management and/or value analysis;
Knowledge and understanding of differences between “push” and "pull" replenishment systems and the impact of both on shop floor operations;
TPM and Predictive and preventive maintenance programs;
IoT connectivity, big data analytics platforms (e.g. MS Azure), Alteryx, PowerBI;
Technology assessment and optimization, including standard technologies like MES or MRP and “next gen” technologies like digital twins and “smart” factories;
Thorough knowledge and proven track record of helping companies improve operations, manufacturing processes or strategic solutions and methodologies;
Experiential guidance, subject matter specialty, and optimized standard industry practices with Quality Management Systems relating to practices involving Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
Understanding of ISO certification requirements; and,
Communicating compelling value propositions (written and verbal).
Demonstrates an extensive level of ability with a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member identifying and addressing client needs with a focus on process and technology changes to manufacturing functions.
