Responsibilities

As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project

  • Prepare deliverables

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters

  • Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

Play an integral role in providing HR consulting services to clients as a professional in PwC's Global Human Resource Services practice.

Job Requirements and Preferences :

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum Degree Required :

Bachelor Degree

Required Fields of Study :

Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting

Additional Educational Requirements :

Other quantitative majors, including but not limited to: Risk Management, Industrial/Organizations Psychology, Management Information Systems, may be considered.

Client service associate positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally in the final academic year of completing their educational requirements.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Experience demonstrating thorough problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Ability to team with colleagues/engagement teams and interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communications.

Demonstrated self-motivation and has a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and career development.

Willingness to learn and adapt to current and emerging technologies.

As a tax technical professional, experience researching business and industry trends to develop a point of view to leverage in assisting with proposals.

Exposure with automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited to:

  • Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions; and,

  • Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
